The tone of my emails were unwarranted and I hope you’ll accept my sincerest apology. Before I read your email, There was a fedex truck backed in my driveway and had already left the package. When I originally read shipping date arrival 8/1-8/6, I 100% had reserved myself to Aug 6 being arrival date, based on passed purchases from different companies. The fact it arrived today, and your patience responding to my inquiries in such a prompt manner speak volumes about you and CompSource as a whole. I’m surprisingly and pleasantly impressed with my experience making this purchase.
